In Connecticut, Man pleads not guilty in baby death case | Shaken Baby Syndrome

Angel Luis Santiago, of West Haven, Connecticut is reportedly charged with first-degree manslaughter, first-degree assault and risk of injury in connection with the death of Kyle Robinson.

The man reportedly accused in the death of a 5-month-old Ansonia boy in June pleaded not guilty Thursday afternoon in Milford Superior Court.

Santiago, who has been held in lieu of $1 million bond since his arrest in December, glanced briefly behind him at relatives as he was brought in to the courtroom shortly after 1 p.m. He didn't say a word during his court appearance.
