Bridgett Duncan, 24, and Immanuel Gage Allen, 17, have reportedly been charged with aggravated child abuse. Marshall County Sheriff’s deputies and an ambulance were reportedly dispatched to a residence after a report of a non-responsive child.
The child, less than a year old, was transported to an area hospital with injuries consistent with “shaken baby syndrome."
